12pm-2pm Brick & Mortar Tasting with Founder Alexis Laconis
Brick & Mortar is a small, 'boutique' winery from Sonoma making artisanal and well-priced Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & sparkling wines. They were named as one of 'Napa's Innovative New Guard Winemakers' by Wine Enthusiast.
2pm-3pm Christian Moreau Chablis Tasting
A tasting of benchmark Vaillons 1er Cru and Les Clos Grand Cru from our favorite in Chablis
230pm-330pm Bourgogne Favorites Tasting with Denis Toner
Meet Denis Toner, Founder of the Nantucket Wine Festival, and sample great values (!) from Burgundy.
3pm-430pm Ceretto Tasting with Federico Ceretto
Federico Ceretto will be here from Alba to share his family's iconic Barolo & Barbaresco plus some outstanding whites produced in the Langhe subregion of Piedmont.
430pm-530pm Hamilton Russell South Africa Tasting with Sir Anthony Hamilton Russell
All the way from south South Africa, Sir Anthony Hamilton Russell will be pouring his excellent coastal Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & signature Pinotage.
530pm - 7pm Book Signing and Wine Tasting with Alex Gambal
Alex Gambal, a pioneering American winemaker in renowned Burgundy, will be here with his new book, Climbing the Vines in Burgundy. It is a fun and riveting account of his fascinating journey from intern to world famous winemaker. We will be tasting fine Alex Gambal wines from both Burgundy and his American project in Sta. Rita Hills. Gambal Burgundy wines have been sought after on Nantucket for decades and this is a terrific opportunity to meet the winemaker, now author, who sold his winery in 2018.
Saturday, May 18th
12pm-1pm CV Champagne Supernova Tasting
Savannah will be pouring a flight of Grower Champagnes including Marie Courtin, Christophe Mignon and Champagne Nowak. A rare chance to taste some of our favorite limited production wines.
1pm-2pm Allegrini Tasting with Silvia Allegrini
How exciting it is to have Silvia Allegrini, heir of the prestigious 16th century Allegrini Winery, sharing their famous Amarone , Valpolicella and Lugana wines from the Veneto.
2pm-330pm CV Wine Festival Icons Tasting
An epic lineup of NWF Classics from all-star producers we adore.
330pm-5pm Ca'del Bosco Franciacorta, Calvisius Caviar, & Casella Prosciutto Tasting: Festa Italiana!
Featuring Ca'del Bosco Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wine, the champagne of Italy. These pedigreed bubbles will be paired with caviar from Calvisius Caviar in Lombardy and Cesare Casella will be on site carving his rare-breed heritage breed American prosciutto.

Join us for a tasting with the fabulous Giorgio Rivetti, one of the original 'Barolo Boys' who are credited with transforming the world of Barolo over the past few decades. A passionate proponent of great wine and wine culture, Giorgio owns La Spinetta and Contratto wineries in the Piedmont and Casanova della Spinetta in Tuscany. You may recognize La Spinetta by the iconic Rhino on their beautiful bottle labels. We will feature a diverse lineup representing outstanding wines from each property, including Metodo Classico bubbles from Contratto, CV store favorite Timorasso and single-vineyard Barbaresco.Come and meet Giorgio, taste through this exciting flight of wines and perhaps learn the story behind those iconic labels!
